Hollywood's "green and sustainable" ECCO ULTRA LOUNGE was the site for the launch of Apl.de.Ap’s new, revolutionary global record label JEEPNEY MUSIC on Tuesday, August 11th. This label was founded by Apl, a.k.a. Allan Pineda Lindo - the hip-hop musician, record producer, and member of the Grammy-Award winning group, The Black Eyed Peas - on the principle of giving back, both to his homeland of the Philippines and to the global community.
MTV's America's Best Dance Crew Season 3 has come to a roaring end, and America has proclaimed Los Angeles locals Quest Crew as the Season's Champions. Nearly 20 million votes were recorded and this group of talented guys edged out their female counterparts, the Beat Freaks, in a remarkable season that will definitely go down in history as one of the best.
Joining the Beat Freaks and Quest Crew was an eclectic group of dance crews from across the nation who stayed true to themselves throughout the course of the season, offering their own message and personal stories to tell.
