Hollywood's "green and sustainable" ECCO ULTRA LOUNGE was the site for the launch of Apl.de.Ap’s new, revolutionary global record label JEEPNEY MUSIC on Tuesday, August 11th. This label was founded by Apl, a.k.a. Allan Pineda Lindo - the hip-hop musician, record producer, and member of the Grammy-Award winning group, The Black Eyed Peas - on the principle of giving back, both to his homeland of the Philippines and to the global community.

Apl.de.ap of the Black Eyed Peas celebrated a meaningful birthday this past Tuesday at the Vanguard in Hollywood, California. He not only shared the night with friends, colleagues, and fans but the night also belonged to those directly benefiting from his life's cause, the Apl Foundation.
